ABOUT ME
Meet Therapist Jen,
MA, LPC
With over 16 years of clinical experience, I provide therapy for individuals, adolescents, families, and couples, offering a well-rounded understanding of how personal, relational, and family dynamics intersect. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My background includes extensive experience in high-acuity hospital settings, where I worked with individuals and families navigating crisis, acute mental health concerns, and complex emotional challenges. This foundation allows me to remain steady and effective when sessions involve intense emotions in difficult circumstances.

I also have advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which informs my approach across all areas of my work. I help clients build practical skills in emotional regulation, communication, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness—tools that are valuable whether I'm working with an individual, a teen, a family system, or a couple.

Over the years, I have developed a strong focus on relationship work, particularly couples therapy, while continuing to support adolescents and families through life transitions, behavioral challenges, trauma, and relational stress. My approach is out of the box thinking, tailored to the unique needs of each client or system, and focused on helping people move from feeling stuck to creating lasting, meaningful change.
